Help!! On my steam transfer / cross save, all of my characters have been deleted! I have lost completely everything, when I log in it prompts me to make a new character like I haven't played the game before, it also is telling me that I don't have shadowkeep (Which i have bought on PS4) I had a hunter and Titan very geared! And had many exotics and cannot play them now! I don't know what I have done wrong! I am still in the clan that I belonged to, so I don't know what is happening Need help ASAP!!! I've lost everything!
