DLC 40% off + Season Pass owned
Hi,
I bought the Shadowkeep DLC yesterday and not even 3 hours later it was 40% off on Steam. Can I get a refund for these 40%?
Also I already owned the Season Pass. Why don't I get 1000 Silver instead? I payed for it.

You will need to be signed into Bungie.net to do it.

Modificato da suttungur: 11/17/2019 9:07:10 AMAny refunds or compensation requests should be done via the platform support, in this case Steam customer service. From personal experience, Steam does not do price-matching for deals that occur after purchase.

You need to contact Steam as they are the retailer and who sold it to you. Bungie are a game developer not a retailer.
