No quest progression; Obsidian Crystal
Just completed rare bounty from Ada-1, got my obsidian crystal. All excited I claimed the bounty and got my obsidian crystal.
Consumed obsidian crystal as prompted only for it to not count towards the quest progression for Izanagi's Burden.
Having hours of effort to progress the quest just disappear like this is a real let down. I'm really hoping there is some way to fix this that doesn't involve me grinding for a random drop (again) and then having to grind to complete the bounty that is said random drop (again).
(This was very shortly after reset so could be a server error but still....)

Same for me, consumed obsidian crystal, no quest progression, obsidian crystal gone. I just did 50 forge ignitions for this. I will cry now.

its weekly reset and key mold are still dissapearing without progressing izanagi's quest...

Yep... Same here, grind for the Obsidian Crystal... Consumed... gone... Shouldn´t the quest be fixed since last fix ? I want it back XD Without grinding again ... XD

Has just happened to me around 15 minutes ago. Grinded my 50 forge stages, consumed the crystal and nothing. Would love just the part skip, but if you could skip the next part too, that'd be sick

@BNGHelp7 I would greatly appreciate a refund of my crystal or completion on this quest step. We've been grinding away at this and we're only running into issue after issue. Please help out your community and talk to @Bungie. Thank you

’m sorry but there is no way that I am doing the rare bounty again! After a week finally got the Obsidian Crystal, only to watch it do NOTHING again!!!!! Man yall need to fix this asap. Im not doing this bounty again!!

Yea i had the same experience just got my crystal after collecting 10 bounties in a row. Consumed it and nothing. Pls bungie do something about this for God's sake

Wow feels great to learn this isn't working after farming for that crystal and using it. Bungie should just autocomplete this section of the quest. Please fix this.

Same exact thing just happened to me on PC. Took forever to get the bounty, consumed the crystal and got no advancement. Infuriated beyond belief. I thought they fixed an Izanagi quest bug?

Dont even get Keys anymore, at least in todays forge. Im done with this quest until it is defenetly fixed....waste of time.

01.11.2019, i just bought Forsaken, the quest is still bugged. Using various keys on the box makes the keys disappear. Interesting to know this issue is over a year old and its still not fixed.

Hopefully they will find a way to refund the crystal or bypass these steps to automatic completion. Having to run 50 forge runs last time took ages for it
