While playing d2 on PC i have a major issue where I get stuck in loading constantly. I can get stuck for up to ten mins regardless of where I am, weather its in a strike or open world. Vendors also take forever to load and I can sometimes speed up the process by opening the menu. It doesnt change when im in a party or alone. I am running the game at 1080p highest settings and changing the settings doesnt help. The game is stored on an ssd and still takes forever, friends with the game on standard hard drives can load faster.
