I think there is something wrong with that quest for the Randy's Throwing Knife.... I did a lot (really a lot) of matches and got tons of medals, too, but there is just no progress on that last percentage bar. Is it really wanted, that About 15-20 medals and 20 kills in one match does not give even 1%?? I know that it is 14,000, is that really in numbers 14,000 kills or medals?? Sorry, that would be of no relation to the reward... I am really not whining here, I am one of those, who even finished the scout rifle kills, even being not good in PvP! I just don't wanna spam PvP, knowing, that there is something wrong with the quest and do it all over again….
