How does someone go about opening a ticket for support. I've tried posting on her before but still haven't gotten a response.

This forum is the only way to contact Bungie regarding issues with the game. If you are referring to your post here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/253917999?page=0&sort=0&showBanned=0&path=1 then your only recourse is to have a new Steam account. Once the PC Migration has been activated it cannot be reversed nor transferred to another account.
