It's been quite a bit and still no help. Is there an email I can reach? I preordered Shadowkeep; I've removed the game, reinstalled and restored licenses on my PS4 for Destiny and I still don't have access to Season of the Undying. To my understanding, preordering Digital Deluxe version would give me access to this season, but it still prompts me to pay a thousand silver... which I only have 100 of. To complete the thousand, I have to pay another 20 on top of the 65.15 I paid for the preorder. Can I please get some help here, is there a number I can call to get direct help? Or can I just get a refund and maybe come back later? To my understanding, I should already have access to this, if I'm wrong, please let me know. I'm at a loss here and a little frustrated with the lack of help/suggestions. ... Playstation/Sony suggested I come here after doing what they asked (remove, reinstall and restore license).
