Hello Bungie, I don't know if anyone else has reported this bug yet, but I've completed the "Perfect Assault" Triumph a couple times and I have even seen the Triumph pop up, but in the "Undying" seal triumphs, it still says it's incomplete. I had a friend of mine get the completion after three rounds of successfully not dying and completing the Vex Offensive. I don't know if this is a bug or if anyone else is even having this issue but I would like this to get noticed so others can be aware of this (if it is a bug that is). Thank you
