Lost characters on Cross save / Steam transfer!
Help!!
On my steam transfer / cross save, all of my characters have been deleted! I have lost completely everything, when I log in it prompts me to make a new character like I haven't played the game before, it also is telling me that I don't have shadowkeep (Which i have bought on PS4)
I had a hunter and Titan very geared! And had many exotics and cannot play them now!
I don't know what I have done wrong!
I am still in the clan that I belonged to, so I don't know what is happening
Need help ASAP!!! I've lost everything!

I'm having the same issue I made my Bungie account with my battlenet and linked to steam and Now i can't access my characters which were originally on the battle net account.

I didn't even do a cross save and my hunter and titan data is gone. Not to mention all my raid gear, milestones, a ton of stuff - what's going on?

5 RisposteXxx3WingxxX Xbox console - I came back to play the game after leaving awhile and two characters Titan and Hunter saved data is gone along with all their gear. Also Vault gear is gone - all those exotics and raid gear is gone. Strange because my characters look like who I created a long time ago when the game came out but all the Legacy data is gone and milestones - Super Confused... Please help - Xxx3WingxxX

4 RisposteYou chose your steam account (with no characters) as the active cross-save file. It seems you wanted/should have chosen the ps account. You need to deactivate cross-save, wait 90 days, then reactivate cross-save & choose ps account.

2 Rispostedeactivate your cross save to bring back your character back but you need to wait for another 90 days to re activate it again
