I am reposting this in hopes that maybe this time bungie support will at the very least acknowledge the issue this time. Maybe it was the tags or something. My first post flew completely under the radar and bungie has no support ticket system, so here is to one of the support team members actually spotting this thread this time. I tried to search for other topics covering this same issue but to no avail (probably due to the poor search function). I have finished the warmind campaign. I have 44/45 of the latent data fragments. I have repeatedly killed every enemy leading up to Rasputin's mindlab. The door turns blue, it says to press E to interact, a sfx plays and the door DOES NOT open. I have gone through this area about 7 times now. I do not know what I am doing wrong and I cannot find any relevant info on how to circumvent this issue. Can anyone help me? It's driving me insane.
