I'd say this is mostly the hard core audience being reasonable. Casuals dont care as much as us.

My friends and I each have well over 1000 hours in this game and we all agree the different elemental armor mods are overkill. We're gonna get our grind on regardless, but we also don't agree with stupid implementation.
