Garden of Salvation Access requirements
I already know the Contest power level requirements and all, but what is required for a character to get access? IE if I level all my characters to 920, but only finished the campaign on one, will they all have access to the raid? Or do I need to finish the campaign on every character that I want to take into the raid?
