Just remove mag howl from the game and make luna a 180 again, the recoil dosent match the fire rate at all... If it really needs a pinnical perk just give it 150 rpm headshot damage with 180 rpm body damage. And change how you unlock NF if your gonna do nothing about win trading... Win trading will stop if they have no reason to win trade, do NF like redrix but you still need to hit 2100 first to unlock luna then do the intire NF grind with luna to get NF... Something like getting 10,000 luna headshots then complete 5,000 quick play matches, 2,500 comp matches, 2,000 rumble matches and 10 crucible resets all with luna equipped to unlock NF... and for people that already unlocked NF by getting to 5500 get an ornament for NF that changes how it looks, think a mix of what it looks like now with what hawk moon looked like.
