Hi I am trying to play cross save on my account to check out some PC action again but repeatedly am getting saxophone error (ie must launch from battle.net app, which I am doing). I played and claimed the base game promotion last year however so do not understand why it says I do not have the game. Is this an issue with cross save if it is trying to access my xbox account?
