Wavesplitter release?
I know bungie changed the exclusives to last a year in D2 compared to the six months of D1, but with the delay of shadowkeep do I have to wait another month till october 1st to get wavesplitter added to my loot pool?

I would presume so. The exclusive weapons I believe were exclusive to PS for one year, so I'd say wavesplitter should become available to all platforms either in the big update next month or the day Shadowkeep releases.
