Better Devils is the best day one legendary hand cannon. Prove me wrong.
I've started to use this weapon again and it is a monster in pvp. Not many hand cannons get explosive rounds nowadays, but after using it again I think it's safe to say that it is a strong contender to most hand cannons. I seriously suggest you give it a try.
