Bungie seems to only respond to the easy questions and will not implement an actual help desk. Customers should choose to boycott buying games unless there is a normal ticket resolution process. It might actually change things. I am very ready to stop purchasing any bungie products and attempt to convince friends to do the same. I hope you get resolution, but more importantly, hope bungie steps up and develops a process to allow customers to levy complaints....
