Theres no real issue with them lmao there are soo many places to get them. For example 7 from heroic menagerie, 7 from clan engram if your clan is level 4, 3 per day from banshee bounties, normal dismantling and thats just one character

Seems to mean it isnt an infusion problem but a cost problem. Maybe reduce the cost to fully masterwork an item.

It costs like 12 lol i masterworked 2 weapons and had 30 left over also i never masterwork stuff cause its not worth it most of the time
