Are masterwork cores going to be removed from infusion or not?
This hot topic has been ignored by Bungie for almost a year now.
Masterwork cores should only be for masterworking, not infusing.
I've only masterworked 1 freaking weapon because I wanted to infuse guns and gear that I liked using.

Bungie announced that the were making some changes to acquisition of Cores back during season 6 and that this would be tested over the course of Season 7 (which we're in now). Be sure to share specific feedback around Cores and other game mechanics. But saying that this has been ignored the last year is simply untrue.

Wait until Shadowkeep dlc, then we will either see them removed or not. Possibly used for better purposes on armor and weapon adds.

I run out of Glimmer more than Enhancement cores. Thanks Werner for taking my money, now i got to go back to Uncle Spider and ask him for a 75,000 glimmer loan for the week again 😒

3 RisposteHi there, Go to Banshee 44. Pick up the calibrate and kill Bounties. Done in less than 5min. Get all your other toons to do it... and bam you got tons of core. Do this everyday... hop on for 15minutes... and in one week... you got cores. Sometimes you get 7 or ten cores from resetting your Crucible or weekly Bounties. Cores are not an issue anymore. So unfortunately, I apologize to you, but your thread gets a downvote from me. Sorry, but albeit I hope your day goes well. Have a nice day. 🤔

I’ve been in several clans that all dried up and died because they got feed up of spending most of their time farming cores and not doing the things they liked. I love destiny but stopped playing due to core issue but I always stay up to date on destiny news in the hopes bungie remove them.

Shadowkeep with fix this issue. They already stated they’re adding an transmog system called armor ornaments. Every armor will have an ornament slot. You can look how you want to look.

Honestly I am a super casual player who plays around 4-6 hour a week on average and frankly with the new bounties ai have had little to no issue with cores anymore. While granted I dont ever have more than a coupkr on hand, its enough to infuse a piece of gear or two a week whicch helps me level. There are several ways to get cores and while yeah it can be a bit ' capped' daily due to the bounties and whatnot, I dont think they are nearly as much of a problem as they used to be.
