I managed to get a second masterworked weapon from heroic managerie. Both on my titan. I got it off of the last powerful drop from him (I didn’t have enough time the first time when I did the chest glitch). I think if you separately do 3 heroic managerie with your character (do not do the chest glitch), you either have a much higher chance at getting another masterwork weapon, or it’s guaranteed. This might mean that for each character you have, you can get up to 9 masterwork weapons a week (provided you turn in your powerful rewards one heroic menagerie at a time).
