Hi, I recently purchased a Cayde-6 Gaming Box from EB Games. I opened it up and was happy with what I had received, but when I went to redeem the code for the in-game item I paid for, there was no code! Only instructions on how to redeem it. I went back to EB Games and they told me to get in contact with Bungie to get the code. They probably just didn't want to deal with the issue and give me another code but I thought I would take their advice and try here first. Please help. Thank you.
