A buddy of mine and I have been going through all of Mars and unlocking all the nodes to acquire the emblem "Warminded." He had this same issue last week/two weeks ago and there was no resolution, thinking it could just be delayed. Unfortunately now, after redeeming the triumph as of 5 minutes ago, now neither one of us has the emblem. However, it can be seen in our triumphs that we have acquired it and we were hoping to fill that slot. Is this a known issue?
