How would they get kicked if it's matchmaking? There's no Fireteam Leader to do the kicking, surely? More likely someone would afk and 3 would depart and then there's just 2 people left doing emotes until they get bored. I'd say go with matchmaking for everything else but, yeah, in Raids I can't see it working out.
