Escalation protocol is EASILY done with randoms. I completed it about a dozen times over the weekend.
I ran Shattered Throne for the very first time recently using LFG on this app. You can accomplish the same.

That's still a fireteam. Edit: Give me an actual reason as to why this [b][i][u]OPTIONAL[/u][/i][/b] setting shouldn't be implemented and we'll talk. Otherwise, you're not making any form of argument and it's just wasting my time.
