Drug test for welfare
Do you think people should have to take drug test for welfare?
According to some news outlets, it's "unconstitutional."

2 RisposteI see no problem with it, and I don't understand why anyone would have an issue with unless they are using illegal substances. Bottom line, you are accepting (we're not debating reason) government money, period. If the government wants to put a stipulation, not to mention a reasonable stipulation, that is entirely their preragotive.
