Starlight shell still hasn't dropped
I run the ascendant challenge, with bounty, twice a week. I've done this consistently for the past eight weeks and once a week since forsaken has come out. Considering the 20% drop rate, I should have received the shell by now. So Bungie, what gives?

Keep trying man. I got it first try from its respective drop. Got all the dreaming city items in one week after the buff.
