I've been trying to get that for months and it was the second to last item I've needed for Wayfarer since Forsaken launched. I got Jutunn last night with my first powerful frame in Bergusia. My second one to drop. So obviously they [i]do[/i] drop. This is how RNG works. It's CHANCE. Everyone experiences different results one result doesn't affect the next. That said, some things are [i]intentionally[/i] lower drop rates than others so that they're rarer and harder to get. At least you haven't gone 2-3 years without getting a single Gjallarhorn drop. 20 runs of something is NOTHING compared with that.

What part of RNG Don't you understand? There's a CHANCE you'll get what you want. And there's a higher CHANCE you'll NEVER get it. All you can do is pray harder to RNGesus and grind more.
