Not everyone had this weapon for '8 months' in fact some people are on the verge of getting it on reset.
Enough with nerfs and the calling for them.
There are many, many weapons that need the numbers adjusted and no mention of them.
The Lunas Howl & Not Forgottens are pinnacle weapons and should remain strong.
The nerf is too harsh.

Imean the thorn meta(destiny 1) lasted 9months and not everyone had thorn for 9months and it got nerfed, so not really a valid argument.

You didn't have to jump in Comp to get it the Thorn. It came through bounties and even then, the Thorn didn't stand a chance against Red Death, Myth, LW and couple others... AND, the LH & NF is NOTHING like the Pre nerf Thorn. *confused #GTFOH

Luna/nf can kill faster then the thorn did. Luna/nf reward mediocore aim. You dont want to give good players a gun thats ez to use and only makes getting kills easier. Also the nerf is not that bad. It will be the best legendary 150 in the game.

Personally, I'm going to hold off judgement based on past experiences with Bungie and how they nerf. I think they should just buff other weapons to give more variety, they've done it before, they can do it again.
