Hey,l i've been trying to figure this out. I just got the game 3 days ago on pc, been playing destiny on console since D1. I got disconnected and when I tried to reconnect I was banned. This all happened last night. I've reached out to them on twitter, tried emailing the store customer support, posted in forums. Nothing, I have really bad internet. I've only had the game for 3 days. I don't know what to do. I submitted for a refund but i would rather have my game. What did you do? what should I do?
