This is how they create ‘buzz’ about the game. Break stuff so people want to come back and have a laugh using things that are OP/Broken, feign ignorance and then take a week to months to fix dependant on how much ‘engagement’ it generates. Issues that threaten the throttled economy and ‘engagement’ drive get fixed within days, issues that affect fun and fairness get ignored for months.
