I've noticed that sometimes, especially when aiming down sights at someone that the shot I hit doesn't register, or sometimes when I have 100% aimed on their head, it registers as a body shot with the weapon instead. I feel as though this is bloom but, why is there any kind of bloom for a weapon that for most kills you would be aiming down sights, and not using the hip fire retical with? I shot at someone well in range and in my crosshairs three times, but not a single one registered. If it happens more, I'll screen capture it. Hopefully I'm not just going betty. and this is an actual thing happening? Also, if it makes a difference I think I've only noticed it happen when the Roadborn perk isn't active.
