Black Armory should at least be a little higher, considering that its still 650/more recent content. And Last Wish only dropping +2 items I hear? Wow. So basically, we need 8 651 items to go up by 1 power level. Problem is, you're going to get duplicates since there's no protection on repeating drops. You could get 5 boots in a row and make zero progression. See what I mean? So now our only way to level is SOTP, sweaty Gambit, and maybe some good Prime Engrams if you're lucky? I feel like Bungie is doing everything in their power to make D2 die.
