Seed of Light!
Hi! I was wondering if anyone could help me get my second seed of light because I have some trubles with obtaining it :p

You get it from completing Blind Well Tier II or above as a random drop. You get your third seed from visiting the Queen's Court, which you do by activating the Oracle Engine when the curse on the Dreaming City is at its strongest.
