Please bungie, bloom is such a deterrent for me to use hand cannons and almost everyone I play with. It makes it so if you aren't using like a 180 rpm hand cannon you're at a disadvantage. It's so luck based rather than skill. There's times where I'll stop shooting cause I am 1000% sure I made the last shot but it misses completely. I want this skill based gun to really be skilled based not luck.
