How many players out there are like me? I like destiny, I want it to succeed, and I want my friends to enjoy it as well. But that doesn’t mean destiny is the only game my friends and I enjoy, we both have other games to like and to look forward to. Am I excited for the next season? Absolutely! Is there a chance it could bomb? Absolutely! Is there a chance it could be fantastic? Absolutely! Will my friends and I still play other games and destiny regardless of outcome? HELL FRICKING YA! I just want to let other players know it’s ok to like and play both regardless of whether destiny is in a good spot or not. There is nothing wrong with playing something else while waiting for content you may like, or to take a break from destiny, after all, it’s a hobby not career. Besides season of the drifter will help pass the time until “Trails of Cold Steel Decisive Edition” releases at the end of the month anyway, and when I’m done with that game I’ll come back or play something else. Ooh the suspense!
