Nascent Dawn 2/5 Polaris Lance Bug
Decided to go back and grind for Polaris Lance and Sleeper Stimulant but I'm stuck at a dead end for Polaris. I've reached the last portion of Nascent Dawn 2/5 (the herioc adventure Psionic something something lol) but after completing it 2 times, I've still have not progressed.

That step is notoriously bugged and Bungie, from what I've seen, has yet to address it. I was stuck for weeks and ended up completing the mission several times before receiving credit. Just keep trying.
