High Value target problems with Gofannon forge
Can someone please explain to me if I am doing something wrong or if this just bugged. I am trying to kill this HVT and every time he spawns he just immediately dies. No one is around to kill him and he should not die. It just tells me that an HVT has arrived and the right after, that he dropped his spoils.
Please help, I have been trying to complete this for more than 3 hours now. This is not what I consider to be fun as a quest step.

Hey Tyler. We're aware of this issue and are investigating. In the meantime, you can fast travel to another location then travel back and that may help fix this issue.
