It's VERY simple, really. [b]Nova Warp[/b]: Decrease radius of LETHAL explosive damage by damn near half, and down the duration of use and cool down by about 15% each. [b]Nova Bomb[/b]: Do the opposite. Make that blast radius the size of the SUN. It's a one off super that needs to feel scary and deadly. Keep the cool down the same, increase the damage and size.
