Is it possible to create a city in No Man’s Sky?
Like if there was one planet and many players were on that planet working together create a city by using the base creator system to cover an area with shared structures?
Imagine 100 players on the planet that came from a portal.

Cool theory, but I think you’re describing Minecraft. No man’s sky was great in theory, absolutely boring and terribly designed in practice.
