Allow Fusion Rifles to Crit
Fusion rifles don't see much use in PvE because they are out damaged by shotguns most of the time and require more time to shoot. If fusions were given the ability to crit it would reward slower shots for extra damage. (This is only a PvE post, and hope they dont give fusions the ability to crit other players).

We gotta have enough shots. My main ingredient holds 5 shots in the mag but it needs to hold 15+ in the damn reserves. Reserve ammo is killing fusions and legendary heavies. BUNGIE DO SOMETHING! Also it'd be nice if rocket launchers can hold 2 rockets again.
