Add an option to use Enhancement Cores to re-roll Armor/Weapon perks
I just thought of this.
Maybe an option can be added to armor and weapons where, for the cost of 5 or so Enhancement Cores, we can re-roll the their perks. (Randomly of course)
I think that will make them all the more valuable.
I personally believe that this is a good idea.
What do the rest of you think?
