Student of Beltrik Not Spawning
When I go to the Exodus Black area on Nessus and wait for the high value target to show up, the "a high value target has appeared" message shows up at the same time as "a high value target has been defeated"
There's no chest anywhere, and no high value target.
This is blocking progress on the Gofannon Forge unlock quest. It's quite frustrating.
