Started with the morgeth crash then after spawning in there was no adds or boss, the doors were open and even after reloading and wiping as a fireteam it persisted. We had to wish passed morgeth then in the vault there was still no adds. After resetting my xbox and Wi-Fi the problem my team had beated riven and I could see and fight the adds during the queens walk but I still missed half the raid.
