Didn't receive planetary ghost shells?
I have the EDZ ghost shell, but I've fought my way past "The Almighty" but still have yet to defeat Ghaul. I have yet to receive the Titan, Nessus, or IOS ghost shells. Did I miss them or what, according to the destiny 2 companion app, it lists them but I paid close attention on Io and didn't see it
