What use is a dead ghost, sure the Spider could have had guardians targeted(I know I have, sold him a few dead ghosts through my agents of course). Also remember there was the battle of Twilight Gap where many guardians and ghosts died at, and don’t forget when the city tried to retake the moon from the hive as well, and thousands of guardians died there.
