There's an issue that causes Triumphs that have already been completed to pop up on your screen when you're transferring weapons and gear using the Destiny Item Manger (DIM) Google Chrome extension. I don't know if this is a known issue or not, so I'm just making a post about it just in case. I was also told in the Destiny Item Manager Discord channel that this issue has also been reported on the Bungie GitHub page.
