I don't know any of Efrideet's history or lore, but all we've seen of the Rifleman in action is one shot to a ghost from, what, 50 feet tops? And it took him nearly a minute to line it up? Didn't see him single-tapping all those Cabal in Soriks's Cut, and I took him and his whole room full of holograms and ads down with Polaris without reloading and he didn't hit me once...not impressed. (Although, to be fair, he's called the "Rifleman," not the "Marksman" - maybe he's the only Baron who's ever held a rifle and the nickname was meant to be sarcastic.)
