Is it me or are there certain hunter cloaks bugged? Like when you turn the camera to left or right, your cloak will fold up and roll inside your neck. This is very annoying. Especially when I use a sword and see my Cloak doing some weird stuff and go into the Nessus Orbit and return back in my neck. It's floating and glitching all over the place. Had it with several cloaks, but the only one I use now is: Scatterhorn Cloak. THE BUGGIEST CLOAK EVER.
