Blind Well Seed of Light Not In Inventory
Pretty much the title.
Completed my first Tier II Blind Well and as the last boss was killed I received a Seed of Light popping up on the side of my screen.
Went to unlock another subclass and it said I didn't have the Seed. I checked all sections of my inventory and it is not there.
I am worried as this might mean I am unable to get the seed as the game may think I already got it.

I have the same issue. There is a lot of glitches, I can't get any of the weapons to drop.
