In the last week twice I have been removed from the game world with errors “baboon” followed by error code “weasel”. And several clan members with similar experiences. The first instance was during Escalation Protocol upon defeating the level 7 boss and the second most recent occurrence was during the Blind Well Tier 4 Heroic event upon defeating the boss. In both instances myself and team mates were removed from the game world with no rewards or recognition as a completion on any bounty or triumph. Video of incident in spoiler.
